Procedure before
Grade 21.3Where it is determined by the Program Chair, in consultation with the Office of the Registrar as appropriate, that a student has engaged in conduct constituting a breach of academic integrity as defined in Section 3, written notification shall be provided to the student within ten (10) business days of such determination. Such notification shall outline the nature of the alleged breach, the evidence relied upon, and the student's right to respond in accordance with Section 6.

Grade 7.3If the Program Chair decides that the student has breached the Student Code of Conduct, the Program Chair:
- Notifies the student of the decision within ten days, and:
- explains the alleged breach and the evidence
- tells the student how to respond
