    What counts as a document?

    A policy, procedure, standard, guideline, board policy, or bylaw whose full text is managed in Policy Manager. References stored as links are unlimited.

    What if our library grows?

    Plan tiers include a 20-document buffer above each ceiling. Volume is reconciled strictly on your annual anniversary, never mid-term. If your document count changes tiers, your pricing adjusts up or down on the anniversary date.

    Is our contract rate guaranteed?

    Yes. Base licensing rates are locked in for your entire three-year term. If your library size changes enough to change tiers up or down, your license fee is adjusted on your anniversary date, and the cost applies from that date forward.

    Can we export our data or access software escrow?

    Yes. You retain complete ownership of your data, with full export capabilities included. Institutional software escrow agreements can be established during onboarding for an additional fee.
